The United Hotel, Xiamen

The United Hotel is of those earliest hotels in the city which I experienced. I personally lived in the hotel once and find the rooms are "just right" for that business and vacation feeling. There are a number of "third-party" restaurants in the hotel, which serve a variety of Western and Chinese cuisines.

• location is good - walking distance to the Xiamen train station, World Trade Center-Shopping Mall,Trust-Mart, food and vegetable markets, Nan Hu public park, Yuandang lake, post office, clinics, beauty parlors and barbershops, bicycle stores, gasoline stations, nightclubs, bars, Karaokes or KTV's, house and hotel decoration shops, tea shops, foot massage
• good living environment
