Canada Post Coquitlam - Post Office Locations Guide

Hope this "small" Canada Post Coquitlam guide helps you out in the city.
We'll include some Google maps, phones (wherever available), as well as business hours. You may need to consult the Canada Post website at: for updates and other pertinent information, especially when it comes to store hours and locations, as they are being updated, most of the time. Also, transit terminals start off from the Lougheed Skytrain Station, which is one of the most convenient locations (to us) if you're exploring Coquitlam.

Notes / Tips:

  • Some of the post office locations are within the Burquitlam boundaries
  • Also, Canada Post "houses" Money Gram, for you to send money abroad. MoneyGram is the counterpart of Western Union, which has Money Mart as the agent.
  • If you are sending money through the post office, make sure you get all the "FAQS" before sending cash, as there are specific procedures and policies in place. Better yet, let the receiving party give you specific info as to how, when, which type of ID and documents are required before finalizations.
  • Some Seven Eleven stores house Canada Post branches so be on the look-out.
  • Canada Post Office Mode of Payments: Cash, Visa + other major credit cards, Debit Card ( also called Convenience Card which is the regular savings/cheque ATM card that your bank issued to you ) are accepted in all Canada Post outlets. Take safety for granted and make sure you cover your hands when keying-in passwords in the Point of Sale. Check your backs!
  • As a side note, Shopper's Mart has usually a Canada Post stand or kiosk, so make sure you check them out as well, sometimes the post offices are located at the rear-end of Shopper's Mart. Make sure you notice the signs outside for Canada Post's logos.

  • If you feel there is bad Customer service in one of the Canada Post outlets, don't waste time if you're online, go to the Canada Post website:, and look for the Contact Us menu. There are a number of drop-down boxes in that page, but it seems that the Complaints section was actually a bit hidden from us. You may also try to find Other Issues in that page - go ahead it's our right to complain anyway, especially if we get poor service and bad work attitude from an outlet manager, as an example.
  • We experienced bad customer service from some morning managers and employees at the Canada Post,Lougheed Mall branch (2nd floor). We gave them consideration at this time and didn't complain (through the online form), if it happens to you, well, this might need some attention and escalation to Canada Post Coquitlam management -just a heads up
